We specialise in live corals and aquatic livestock.

Because livestock is a natural product:

  • colours may vary from photographs
  • growth forms may differ
  • sizes are approximate unless stated as WYSIWYG

Where a product is listed as WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get), you will receive the exact specimen shown.



4. Pricing and Availability

All prices are shown in GBP (£).

We reserve the right to:

  • change prices at any time
  • correct pricing errors
  • cancel orders affected by obvious pricing mistakes

If this occurs, you will be notified and refunded where appropriate.



5. Orders and Payment

An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including:

  • stock errors
  • suspected fraud
  • delivery restrictions
  • livestock welfare concerns

Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers. We do not store your card details.



6. Delivery

Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping Policy.

For live livestock:

  • delivery must be accepted on the first attempt
  • someone must be available to receive the parcel
  • delays outside our control (e.g., courier issues) may affect livestock



7. Live Arrival Guarantee (if applicable)

Where we offer a Live Arrival Guarantee, the conditions in our Refund/Returns Policy must be followed strictly, including any time limits for reporting issues.

Failure to follow the stated procedure may void the guarantee.



8. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Due to the nature of live livestock, change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted unless required by law.

Your statutory rights are not affected.



9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jasons Aquatics shall not be liable for:

  • indirect or consequential losses
  • loss of livestock after successful delivery
  • losses caused by incorrect acclimation by the customer
  • events outside our reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.



10. Website Availability

We aim to keep the Site running smoothly but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or modify the Site without notice.



11. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including images and text, is the property of Jasons Aquatics unless otherwise stated.
